When I don’t know or understand, I respectfully ask. I trust my own, and the next person’s, inclination to make the best possible decision in any given circumstances. By being open, I help others avoid redundant work and costly mistakes.

I learn from my mistakes

It takes courage to admit that you don’t know something or lack a specific skill. I understand that we are allowed to make mistakes but I also take heed from instructions and insights. I am accountable and come forward with my mistakes immediately.

I experiment, I share my knowledge, and I constantly aspire to learn how to manage myself better. And as my competence improves, so does Integrata’s futures resilience.

Sometimes it is good to take a step back or help the client do it themselves. I also understand my own worth and what I bring to the table for the client. I always do my best to deliver a great experience for the client.
