Environmental responsibility

Integrata has been carbon neutral since the end of 2024. Integrata has been calculating its carbon footprint annually since 2021.

We calculate the footprint of all our five locations.

We continue to improve on our sustainability as resource-wisely as possible. A path for reduced emissions has been created for this target. With Integrata’s operations now carbon neutral, we are able to provide our clients with smart and environmentally sustainable HR and payroll administration services.

In 2023, Integrata’s carbon footprint was 87.4 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (TCO₂-eq).

Since 2021, Integrata has been a climate partner and a Planet Company influencer.

Social responsibility

In its equality and non-discrimination plan, Integrata is committed to further promoting non-discrimination in recruitment, career advancement and equal opportunities, balancing work and family life, preventing harassment as well as pay and labour conditions.

In 2022, we implemented the Integrata principles of a safer space. Everyone is welcome at our locations as they are.

Since 2021, our job listings (🇫🇮) have included a salary range and Duunitori’s Diversity Promise. We encourage people from various backgrounds to apply for our vacant positions.

Integrata’s inclusiveness in everyday working life is further supported by our non-discriminating spaces.

Digital responsibility

Humane HR technology is responsibly smart.

With its smart design, Integrata’s HumHum HR app has been brain-healthy and sustainable since 2020. The app’s dark theme spares users’ eyes and conserves energy.

Integrata’s app also enables statutory ESG reporting for your personnel.

Since April 2022, we have recommended adding gender-neutral names in Integrata’s apps and system demos as part of our shared effort in digital non-discrimination. In our communications and marketing, we use gender-neutral emojis 💁🏻

We also provide security to our clients. Integrata has boasted the ISO27001 security certification since 2021. Use Integrata’s app for secure salary payments and HR communications.

Integrata is also committed to conducting its business ethically and sustainably. This means that we strive to consider our economic impact to not only our organisation but also to society at large. We fulfil our social responsibility by, for instance, training payroll administration professionals for the industry.

We promote responsible business practices and ensure transparency in figures, i.e. financial reporting.

Since its inception in 2008, Integrata has had a strong focus on charity. We regularly donate to charity organisations and social projects.

Integrata’s gifts to personnel and clients are either immaterial or sustainable.
