Integrata Expands Internationally with First Acquisitions in Sweden and Finland

Integrata is growing through its first-ever acquisitions: we have completed our first international acquisition by acquiring Swedish company Koncept HR, and simultaneously purchased the entire share capital of Finnish firm Henkilöstötieto Paloniemi Oy, based in Oulu.

On 9 October 2025, Integrata made its first international acquisition by purchasing Koncept HR, located in Borås, Sweden. Earlier, on 30 September 2025, Integrata acquired the entire share capital of the well-established Finnish company Henkilöstötieto Paloniemi Oy. Both acquisitions are financed from company funds, and approximately 20 employees will join Integrata as part of the transactions.

Sweden Needs Us – Finland Leads in Payroll Outsourcing

Integrata began its international expansion in August 2025 by entering the Swedish market, aiming to transform how Swedish companies manage payroll and HR processes. Growth in Sweden will be pursued both organically and through acquisitions, with a target of reaching €5 million in revenue within two years.

– Unlike Finland, the payroll outsourcing market in Sweden is still in its infancy, with around 70% of Swedish companies still handling payroll in-house. Koncept HR has a solid customer base and an experienced team, and we see great potential to enhance their service offering with Integrata’s digital solutions and operating models, says Heinonen.
