Integrata’s ISAE 3402 Type II assurance renewed

Integrata’s ISAE 3402 Type II assurance has been renewed, demonstrating that Integrata’s payroll administration processes and internal controls meet the highest international requirements.

The ISAE 3402 assurance standard (International Standard on Assurance Engagements) is designed specifically for outsourced service providers. It ensures the reliability of service processes, risk management, and the secure handling of information. It is based on a business risk assessment, which is used to define critical processes and their individual steps. Controls applied to these processes ensure effective risk management and, through that, service quality.

The assurance therefore provides our customers with trust and confidence in our HR and payroll processes. Integrata has now been audited for the second time.

An ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report assesses the practical operation and effectiveness of controls – i.e., the payroll process – over a longer period of time, providing a more comprehensive view of the reliability of our processes and their ongoing performance.

“An ISAE 3402 Type II assurance report assesses the practical operation and effectiveness of controls – i.e., the payroll process – over a longer period of time, providing a more comprehensive view of the reliability of our processes and their ongoing performance.”

The assurance demonstrates quality and accountability now and in the future: The quality standard and its monitoring ensure that payroll remains transparent, accurate, and secure.

With the report, we demonstrate to our customers that we are committed to risk management and continuous process improvement. This year, the assurance report has been produced in two languages: Finnish and English.

Integrata passed the audit with no exceptions: the report contained no findings, i.e., nothing requiring corrective actions.

Integrata’s ISAE 3402 Type II audit was carried out by the independent expert organization BDO. The assurance standard covering the service organization’s payroll administration process was previously awarded to Integrata earlier in 2024.
