Integrata Manifest
The Integrata Manifest reflects the values that shape the way we work.
Our Safer Space Guidelines support the way we work and help create a respectful environment for everyone who interacts with us.
These principles are based on well-established safer space guidelines and adapted to reflect Integrata’s culture.

Integrata’s Safer Space Guidelines

We are all equal
We treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, nationality, language, religion or belief, opinions, disability, health, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.

We don’t make assumptions
We don’t make assumptions about anyone’s identity, gender, sexuality, family situation, life circumstances, or background. Instead, we approach each other with curiosity, openness, and respect.

We listen and learn
We welcome new people, perspectives, and ideas with an open mind. We make space for everyone to participate, speak, and be heard.

We keep our conversations positive
We avoid reinforcing stereotypes and treat everyone with respect. Gossip and offensive or discriminatory language have no place at Integrata. We do not use derogatory terms or make inappropriate remarks about individuals or groups.

We respect boundaries
We respect each other’s privacy and personal boundaries, including physical boundaries. We don’t pry into personal matters, and we approach sensitive topics with care and respect.

We ask before we capture
We respect everyone’s choice not to be photographed or recorded. If photos are taken at an event or an online meeting is being recorded, we always let participants know in advance.

We all make mistakes
We treat each other with understanding and compassion. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is taking responsibility for our actions, apologising when needed, and learning to do better next time.

We don’t speak for others
We avoid making assumptions based on our own experiences or taking offence on someone else’s behalf. Everyone has the right to define and express their own experiences.

We make sure everyone belongs
We create space for everyone to be heard, participate, and feel included in Integrata’s culture and community.

We don’t make assumptions based on gender
We don’t expect people of a certain gender to take care of specific everyday tasks at work. Shared responsibilities – from meeting notes to coffee and snacks – belong to all of us.

We keep learning
We continuously learn, develop, and revisit our Safer Space Guidelines to make sure they grow with us.

We don’t look the other way
If we witness inappropriate behaviour, we don’t look the other way. We address it.
Accessible and Inclusive Spaces
At Integrata, we are committed to promoting equality and inclusion in recruitment, career development, equal opportunities, work–life balance, the prevention of harassment, and fair pay and working conditions.
We strive to ensure that every Integrata office is designed with diversity and accessibility in mind. This includes considering different ways of working and the needs of neurodivergent people.
As part of our commitment to an inclusive workplace, our offices provide inclusive restroom and changing facilities, so that everyone can use them without having to explain or justify their gender identity. Our Safer Space Guidelines are also visible across our offices as a reminder of the environment we are committed to creating together.

Accessibility
Accessibility starts with an inclusive culture, respectful attitudes, and a workplace where everyone feels welcome. We are equally committed to improving the physical accessibility of our offices and continuously removing barriers wherever we can.
Our offices are located in easily accessible city centre locations, with step-free access to all premises and accessible restroom facilities. We also aim to ensure that all our events are accessible and communicate any accessibility limitations in advance.
We also consider the needs of people with animal allergies or those who may feel uncomfortable around animals. Pet-friendly areas are clearly designated with our Pets Allowed signs or agreed locally within each office. Assistance dogs are always welcome in all Integrata premises.
Some of our offices still have room for improvement when it comes to physical accessibility. We are continuously improving the accessibility of our workplaces and always communicate any known accessibility limitations related to our offices, events, or venues in advance. Whenever possible, we choose event venues that are fully accessible.

We’re also continuously improving the accessibility of our digital platforms and services.
Our Safer Space Principles were introduced in 2022 and most recently updated on 17 January 2024.
We use the term “Safer Space” rather than “Safe Space” to acknowledge that, while our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels safe, we cannot guarantee that every space will feel completely safe for every individual. The term reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a more respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.
